For the last time...hopefully

Contrary to popular belief:
- I'm not EMO. How can I possibly be emo if you can't define the term properly? Emo is a genre of music that I don't listen to and never have had any interest in. Any other sense of the word relates to the word's connotations and they extend to self mutilation, trashy attitude and depression. None of these have any relation to me whatsoever.
- I'm not Satanic. I don't belong the the Church of Satan and I'm not even pagan. Satan is part of the belief of religion and I'm not religious so it could not possibly be that I worship Satan. And even if I did, you would think I'd have the sense to keep it to myself. Obviously (or not so obviously as it would seem) I'm dripping with sarcasm when I say "I love Satan".
- I don't listen to Screamo. I don't like any band that has been described as screamo before. Honestly do a little research before you decide 'Well... she wears too much black and listens to heavy stuff and the only genre I know that fits is screamo so that must be it because I'm an ignorant pisspot who knows nothing of that which is outside the bubble I live in and I'm far too mindfucked to learn.'

I’m sick of people who are quick to the conclusion that I must be emo, satanic and in love with screamo. I find it offensive and I don’t believe that I should have to put up with people who time and time again express their false assumptions in criticising tones even though they have been corrected. If I don’t (tactlessly) voice my opinions of you as an insolent brat lacking in all departments but that of idiocy, then I see no reason why you can not do the same.
